2013 Rules & Regulations
1. Complete Mandatory Forms
Review, complete and return the following forms by fax or
mail as soon as possible, please double check all your contact information is correct.
- Safety Acknowledgement Form - DUE SEPTEMBER 5
- Certificate of Insurance Form - DUE SEPTEMBER 5
- Need to purchase temporary insurance? CLICK HERE TO ORDER ONLINE
Please note, your company name as listed on your Space Agreement must be listed on the certificate of insurance along with your booth #.
Move in access will not be permitted unless we have received your Safety Acknowledgement form and Certificate of Insurance.
- Exhibitor Badges - you will receive an email from MICROSPEC with the link and password to register your badges online.
- Show Guide Listing - Your Online Interactive Exhibitor Listing will be used for your listing in the Official Printed Show Guide. If you have not yet registered your Online Interactive Exhibitor Listing, CLICK HERE for the instructions. Please register by AUGUST 9, to ensure you are included in the Official Printed Show Guide.

2. Booth Guidelines

to make sure your booth
is designed to meet Marketplace Events standards.
3. Exhibitor Move In & Move Out
Each exhibitor is assigned a specific move in and move out date & time period. It is important that all exhibitors follow their scheduled move in date & time period to ensure an efficient move in/out for the show.

October 1 & 2: 8am - 6pm
GENERAL MOVE OUT DATES & HOURS:
October 6: 7pm - 10pm
October 7: 8am - 2pm
Please note, all exhibitors must be completely
move out by Monday, October 7 by 2pm, any materials left on the
show floor after 2pm will be removed at the exhibitor's expense.

Order your exhibitor guest tickets
